June 18, 2015: Council Land Use Action to rezone a 24,449 sq. ft. portion of land from NC2P-40' to NC2P-65', and 4,595 sq.ft. portion of land from NC2-40' to NC2-65'. The project includes construction of a six story, 144 unit apartment building with 20,207 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space. Parking for 148 vehicles will be provided below grade. Review includes demolition of existing structures on site.
