Nov. 14, 2014: Land Use Application to allow a residential and retail development with a 12-story, 160 room hotel building, and a 59-story structure with 214 residential units and approximately 727,000 sq. ft. of office. Project includes approximately 91,000 sq. ft. of retail space at ground level. Parking for 871 vehicles to be provided below grade. Existing Rainier Tower and retail building (Louis Vuitton) to remain; all other structures to be demolished (140,000 sq. ft.). Two addenda to the Downtown Height and Density Environmental Impact Statement have been prepared.
